Set up screens: Machine Monitor on laptop tab. Stack Kiosk on iPad (fullscreen). Stack App on iPhone.

Show onboarding: Hit "New Player" below → refresh iPhone. Walk through signup: name, phone, email → Stack card issued. "This is what a first-time player sees."

Simulate payout: Go to Machine Monitor. Click "Simulate COAM Payout." Stack detects the win, sends ticket to the kiosk.

Kiosk redemption: Switch to kiosk on iPad. The ticket appears. Player taps it, chooses "Existing Card." Funds load to their Stack Visa.

Watch the phone: iPhone chimes. Balance counts up. Transaction appears. "Under 3 seconds. Real Visa card."

Show the app: Tap through tabs. Find → "People are winning nearby." Rewards → "2x Stack Points on COAM winnings." Add Cash → "Now it's their daily wallet."

Show the location view: Open Payline Location Dashboard. "This is what each location sees — how much gets drafted, redemption count, settlement timeline, revenue share."

Show the network view: Open Payline Network Dashboard. "This is YOUR view, Earle. All 2,075 locations. $12.4M flowing through the Payline network this month. Your 20% share: $421K."

The pitch: "Your BlackBox infrastructure is the distribution channel. We deploy Stack kiosks alongside your devices. Every player who walks out with a Stack card is a daily active user generating interchange, float yield, and loyalty revenue — and you get a cut of all of it through the Payline network."
